Yoga sessions in indoor spaces are available.
I will also continue to deliver sessions online and in outdoor spaces; private gardens, parks and Felixstowe beach.
Whichever space you prefer I can accommodate.

My Butterfly Yoga sessions are bespoke. I keep group sizes small.
Lesson duration, one hour approximate.
All sessions take place during off peak time, bright and breezy o'clock or early evening for a more tranquil experience.

Join me in this relaxing and welcoming environment that homes a stain glass window, maple sprung floor and bean to cup coffee machine for take away refreshments.
I understand you may be a little unsure of what to expect if you are new to Yoga or returning from a break in your practice.
I take your wellness seriously, a healthy studio is a happy studio, therefore you will find the following measures in place:
What you can expect from My Butterfly Yoga:
Hand sanitising stations remain in place.
A well ventilated space.
Participants mats will be distanced.
Sessions are bespoke, group sizes up to 12 participants approximate.
Face coverings - personal choice during group sessions/ personal tuition.
Face coverings - encouraged, yet personal choice when navigating around communal areas.
Catering provided (workshops/ experiences) will continue to be individually packaged/ individually wrapped.
I will be guiding sessions using verbal cues and visual demonstrations. I will offer hands on assists and adjustments only to participants who provide permissions.
In return, what My Butterfly Yoga expects from you to protect participants, teachers and visitors:
Please bring your own Yoga mat, equipment and sustenance to each session (unless catering is included.)
For Indoor sessions - Non slip yoga socks or similar are recommended. Please change into yoga socks when at the venue.
Respect that some participants and visitors may be in a different comfort position to yourself, if you are asked to maintian social distancing, please respect their wishes.
If you or a member of your household are unwell (especially as the availability for Covid testing is removed) think twice, consider whether you can reschedule your session.
The responsibility to stop the spread of germs is on all of us. Please maintain hygiene etiquette and practices (examples; consider rescheduling your session if unwell, cover coughs/ sneezes, wash hands.)
Arrival – Departure at the Lait Dance Club:
Arrival 5 minutes before your group class/ private lesson. Avoid early entry where possible please as a participant may be in final relaxation ahead of your session.
Please secure personal possessions in a small bag. (No mobile phones in the yoga studio during the session.)
Please note there are limited storage facilities, all personal possessions stored in the waiting area will be left at your own risk.
I am 100% committed in developing all participants practice and enhancing a group experience. In return, late arrivals may not be admitted, no refund will be provided.
Private 1:1 Lessons:
Lesson duration, 30 minutes or 1 hour.
Please note - If you have any questions, please use your own allocated lesson time. If you have a yoga tuition query that cannot wait until your next lesson, please message me directly. I will aim to respond as soon as possible.
This allows for sufficient changeover time of booking.
Lesson duration will be from one hour approximate (Please refer to your monthly schedule.)
Facilities at the Lait Dance Club:
Toilets will be open and sanitised periodically by the Lait Dance Club facilites team, no loitering.
Communal areas and touch points will be checked and sanitised periodically.
Changing facilities are open, please wear attire to class where possible.
Well ventilated space, doors will be open periodically during sessions and at intervals, overhead extractors/ fans will be on periodically. Your comfort is important to me, the heating system will be on during cooler periods. Please bring an extra layer of clothing incase needed.
Ahead of the session please ensure your surroundings are clear of any obstructions, including above you.

By partaking in online Yoga class you agree that you do so at your own risk.
My Butterfly Yoga, Lindsay Jane Marsh will take no responsibility for any personal loss or injury caused whilst participating in online classes.
You acknowledge that you are responsible for monitoring and dictating your level of activity and that you can best keep yourself healthy and injury free during class by listening to your body and opting out of poses or choosing modifications to avoid movements or poses where breath becomes halting, and/or there is strain.
My Butterfly Yoga, Live Online Sessions are intended to support your weekly Yoga practice and not intended to replace in-class instruction or one to one personal online tuition with a trained and qualified instructor.
Please log on prompt. The class will commence at the stated time, no later. I am 100% committed in developing all participants practice and enhancing a group experience. In return, late arrivals may not be admitted, no refund will be provided.
Payment in advance is preferred via BACS into:

If paying by cash, please ensure the correct amount is secured in an envelope with your name and date of class. No change will be given.
Cancellation Policy | Private & Group Sessions:
A strict 24-hour cancellation and missed policy applies. If you are unable to attend private lessons and group classes please notify me at least 24-hours prior to the booking. You will be required to pay 50% if cancellation is done within 24-hours.
You of course may discuss this further with me if missing a class is due to unforeseen circumstances/ ill-health.
